All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.

All prices listed in Canadian funds.

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

1. Tickets may be exchanged for another date within the same production provided 48 hours notice is given. Tickets may be exchanged by simply calling the Chemainus Theatre Festival Box Office at (250) 246-9820 or at 1-800-565-7738. Note: Exchanges within the 48 hours before a performance may be possible, based on availability. Additional exchange fees may apply.
2. Patrons may receive one complimentary exchange per production. A $5.00 exchange fee will apply to all subsequent exchanges.
3. The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a higher priced performance date. Credits/refunds will not be issued when exchanging your tickets for a lower priced performance date.
4. Unless you have requested tickets to be mailed, tickets will be waiting on the day of the performance at the prepaid counter at the Chemainus Theatre Festival Box Office.

Lost Tickets

In the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit the Chemainus Theatre Festival Box Office or call (250) 246-9820 before your performance date.

Mailing Fees

Mailing fees are charged to cover the costs of sending you your tickets and/or passes in the mail. Tickets and Passes are mailed via Canada Post. Delivery may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.

It is important to note that no tickets will be mailed for performances within 7 days of the purchase date.

Chemainus Theatre Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets in the mail.

Arrival Time

Chemainus Theatre productions begin promptly as scheduled. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the performance to pick up your tickets, or if you are booked in the Playbill Dining Room, a few minutes before the start of your seating time.

Patrons arriving late will be seated at an appropriate break in designated seats close to the door. After intermission you may move to your reserved seats.

Please note: In special circumstances, late seating may not be permitted.

Gentle Reminders

PHOTOGRAPHY
The use of cameras, video equipment and other recording equipment is prohibited in the theatre.

PHONES
Please turn off all your cellular phones or pagers in the theatre.

GOT A COUGH?
If you need to leave the theatre for a drink of water, please use the upper theatre doors and an usher will happily let you both in and out.

NEW PERFUME?
Many patrons suffer from allergies relating to fragrances. Please refrain from using perfumes for the health and well-being of your fellow patrons.

HEARING SERVICES
Audio assistance for the hearing impaired is available from the coat check 15 minutes to curtain.

BABES IN ARMS
In consideration of our patrons and performers, children three and under will not be admitted to Mainstage performances (excluding KidzPlay series).
